Q: Where are you located?
We are at 120 E. Front St, downtown Traverse City. We are between Cass and Union Streets on the south side of the street. We are on the second level above the Banana Tree. Just look up, you'll find us!!!!

Q: What are the store hours?
Right now the hours are Monday thru Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm These hours will change when summer gets here. We will be open to 9pm nightly (except Sundays).

Q: Do you have psychic readers?
Yes, there are readers here almost daily. You can call ahead (231-922-9910) to see who is here or to make an appointment. Or the readers will take walk-in appointments also.

Q: What is the charge for a reading?
The readings are $20.00 for 15 minutes, $40.00 for 30 minutes or $70.00 for an hour.

Q: What type of readings do you offer?
We offer tarot, fairy oracle, channeling guides, angels and masters, astrological charts, pendulum work, chakra clearing, Reiki, QiChong, hypnotherapy and more. Please call for individual pricing.

Q: Do the readers ever read at group events outside the store?
Yes, all my readers will. Please check with them individually for availability and pricing.

Q: Do you accept credit cards and/or personal checks?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Discover. With proper ID, checks are also accepted.

Q: What is your return policy?
For in store purchases, we will issue and in-store credit. On-line purchases are returnable in their orginal boxes undamaged. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Q: Is your jewelry sterling silver?
Yes. I would say 95% of the jewelry here is sterling silver.

Q: Do you do special orders?
Of course!!! If I can get it, I will order it.

Q: Do you ever have psychic fairs or workshops?
The answer is yes to both. Please check the events page of the website for details (or your email if we have it).

Q: You had some really cute dogs at your old location.Do you have them at your new location too?
OF COURSE WE DO!! Periodically, Rags (Joy's dog) is here. I got a new puppy-LOLA. She is adorable. Lola is a tiny long haired chihuahua. She visits as well as my Chorkie, Peanut. And sometimes my friend, Karem, is here with her tea-cup Chihuahua, Gonzo. At times it's pretty much a free-for-all. What Fun!!!!
